About the project

This is intended as a preliminary project aimed at increasing knowledge about the survival of white PCN (Potato Cyst Nematode) by examining fields that have been under long-term quarantine. At the same time, screening of varieties with resistance to white PCN will provide valuable information about the potential for resistance-based control, and also form a basis for assessing the necessity of placing areas with confirmed white PCN under quarantine
