GE-Sustain

About the project

The GE-Sustain project is a collaborative initiative between several companies in the potato production value chain and academia in Norway. The main goal of this project is to develop potato varieties with improved resistance to late blight and enhanced industrial qualities using CRISPR genome editing technology. The project will also explore the commercial potential of genome editing as a sustainable and ethical technology.
